Set staff permissions by role

Go to Settings → Users & permissions → create roles (Cashier, Shift lead, Store manager…). Each role toggles individual permissions: sell, void, discount, view reports, edit price.

Add staff, assign a role and the outlets they can access. Staff sign in with a PIN or their own account.

Every sensitive action (void, open drawer, price edit) is recorded in the activity log so you stay in control.
