How do tabs/bills run by table?
Each table has its own tab; guests ordering in many rounds through the night all land on the right tab. Staff can quickly see which tables are open, what's been ordered and the total — no mix-ups.
Is splitting/merging bills for big groups easy?
Yes. You can split a bill per guest, divide it evenly per head, or merge several tables into one bill. Each part can be paid with a different method on the same order.
How do recipes and liquor stock work?
You set recipes for each drink — liquor, mixer, ice. Every glass sold deducts stock by recipe automatically, helping control loss and know the true margin on each drink.
With night shifts and many staff, how is reconciliation handled?
Each staff member opens/closes their own shift, and every transaction ties to the right person and shift. At the end of the night shift, reconcile cash per shift — transparent at handover.
